Opened since 1998 in Hong Kong as the brain-child of veteran restaurateur, Mr. Carmelo Lopez. A native Spanish himself, he came to Asia in the 70’s but was still nostalgically attached to the richness and exquisite taste of the cuisine of his motherland. Ole was created from this crave for authenticity! Hidden on the third floor of No 1 Lyndhurst Terrace, with a 2,800 sq.ft. space, HQ by Terrace Concepts showcases the best of gaming, with a selection of beer pong, flip or slap cup, pool tables and a dedicated arcade zone with a permanent fixture of multi-player Mario Kart.

We have two party rooms in San Po Kong. The 3000 sqft. Party Fever K is in Chinachem Industrial Mansion (2 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station), while the 10000 sqft. Party Fever T is in Sheung Hei Factory Building (5 minutes from Exit A2 of Diamond Hill MTR Station). We could provide a party space which can accommodate up to 120 people. We do also provide planning services for private or corporate parties. We aim for create an unforgettable party for you!
